At Control Lab, we offer 1-on-1 and 2-on-1 personal training, small group personal training, online exercise programming, and pre and postnatal fitness.

Our goal is to build a positive, inclusive fitness community in the Graduate Hospital and Spring Garden areas of Philadelphia, where everyone feels empowered to reach their goals.
